Your WordPress site is broken. Let’s find out why.
Critical errors, white screens, plugin conflicts, broken forms, failing checkouts. I find the root cause and fix that, instead of hiding the symptom.
01Who it’s for
Anyone with a WordPress or WooCommerce site that stopped working after an update, a migration, or a previous developer’s changes. Also agencies with a problem their team has already spent too long on.
Critical errors & white screens
PHP fatal errors, memory exhaustion and update fallout, traced through logs and stack traces.
Plugin & theme conflicts
Isolated methodically instead of by deactivating things at random on production.
Forms & email
Forms that don’t submit and emails that never arrive: SMTP, DNS and plugin configuration checked end to end.
Integrations & APIs
Broken REST endpoints, webhooks, payment and CRM connections.
Layout & browser bugs
Responsive breakage and cross-browser issues, fixed in the stylesheet rather than papered over.
02How it works
Same process, every project.
Staging first, evidence before changes, and a written note of what was done and why.
- ReproduceTrigger the bug reliably. If I can’t reproduce it, I can’t prove it’s fixed.
- InvestigateLogs, network, queries, recent changes. Evidence before theories.
- Fix the causeThe actual reason, fixed properly: no core edits, no patched plugin files.
- Regression checkCheckout, forms, emails and speed confirmed before calling it done.
03Common questions
Can you fix a site another developer built?
Yes. Most of my debugging work is on sites I didn’t build. I work with what’s there instead of insisting on a rebuild.
What do you need to get started?
The URL, a description of what’s wrong and when it started, and access: WordPress admin plus hosting or SFTP/SSH if the fix needs it. A staging copy is ideal.
Do you work on sites that aren’t WordPress?
Yes. I also fix Shopify, GoHighLevel, Kajabi and Squarespace sites, usually custom code, embeds and integration issues.
