03How I fix things
A lot of my work is on sites someone else built: a checkout that fails for one payment method, a critical error after an update, a store that got slow one plugin at a time. Rebuilding is rarely the answer. Finding the real cause usually is.
The same process runs every time, whether it’s a one-line fix or a week of performance work.
04Platforms
WordPress and WooCommerce are home. I also work inside Shopify, GoHighLevel, Kajabi and Squarespace, and I don’t start by telling clients to migrate. Here’s roughly how deep each one goes.
