OmniaStores needed a storefront that could reflect the luxury of their hand-crafted jewelry while serving customers across four GCC markets. The previous solution struggled with RTL layout consistency, multi-currency friction, and a checkout flow that didn't convert on mobile. We rebuilt on WooCommerce with a fully custom theme, engineered from the ground up for Arabic-first RTL, multi-currency pricing (AED/SAR/KWD/BHD/QAR/OMR), and a mobile-first checkout experience.

Custom WooCommerce theme with full RTL support for Arabic, a streamlined one-page checkout with multi-currency switching, and WhatsApp concierge integration for VIP customer service. WPML handles EN/AR with locale-aware routing, currency formatting, and payment gateways (Telr, Tamara, Tabby BNPL). Product pages feature high-resolution zoom, size guides, and a seamless add-to-cart flow optimised for mobile shoppers across the Gulf.

AVIF + WebP for product imagery, critical CSS inlined, deferred third-party scripts (chat, analytics), and optimized RTL CSS delivery to avoid layout shifts. The result: 96 PageSpeed mobile, 0.9s LCP on product detail pages — even with high-resolution jewelry imagery and multi-currency pricing tables.
