Les P'tits Mots needed a storefront that could showcase their handmade personalized jewelry with the warmth and care that goes into each piece. The custom personalization flow — allowing customers to engrave names, dates, and symbols onto stainless steel medals — required a fluid, step-by-step product configurator that felt intuitive on both desktop and mobile. We rebuilt the site on WooCommerce with a fully custom theme, prioritizing the personalization experience above all else.

Custom WooCommerce product page with an interactive engraving preview, medal size selector, and real-time personalization updates. Delicate CSS animations — floating leaves, subtle hover reveals, smooth scroll transitions — give the boutique feel the brand deserved. The product catalog spans women, men, and children with cross-linking by occasion (birth, wedding, Mother's Day, Valentine's) and a workshop page telling the story of the founders Maëlle and Christopher.

AVIF + WebP for product imagery, critical CSS inlined for the animation-heavy homepage, deferred third-party scripts. Despite the rich animations and real-time personalization UI, we maintained 98 PageSpeed mobile and 0.8s LCP on product detail pages — proving that beauty and performance can coexist.
