Kozijn Station Kunststof Kozijnen

A design-first (Figma-to-Elementor) website for a Dutch plastic window frame specialist in Utrecht. The site guides homeowners through a 4-step journey — Check-in, Personal Advice, Get to Work, Enjoy — with a quote funnel, product catalogue (windows, doors, sliding doors, cladding, insulation glass), customer reviews, a blog, and subsidy-aware CTAs. Built with custom Elementor widgets that the Kozijn Station team manages independently.

Design & Strategy 2025
01
Design 01 / 03

Designed in Figma first. Built with precision.

Notes

The project started in Figma — wireframes, mockups, and a complete design system established before development began. The visual identity is warm, trustworthy, and Dutch-clean: a modern sans-serif, a confident blue-and-white palette, and photography that showcases real homes. The homepage leads with the core promise — 'Jouw Stop voor Kunststof Kozijnen' — followed by review badges, product category cards, and a prominent quote CTA. Every section reinforces the same message: comfort without hassle, with a personal touch.

Platform 02 / 03

Elementor Pro + custom widgets, tuned for home improvement.

Notes

The site runs on WordPress with Elementor Pro, extended by custom widgets purpose-built for a home-improvement sales process. A product catalogue widget renders five categories (Ramen, Deuren, Schuifpui, Gevelbekleding, Isolatieglas) with consistent cards and detail pages. A review carousel showcases verified customer testimonials with star ratings and locations. A 4-step customer journey section explains the process visually. The quote funnel — 'Offerte Aanvragen' — appears consistently with subsidy awareness ('Subsidies mogelijk'). Behind the scenes, ACF Flexible Content gives the team editorial control over products, reviews, and blog posts.

Conversion & Content 2025
03
Conversion 03 / 03

Turning homeowners into booked appointments.

Notes

The entire site is a conversion funnel. Every product section has a CTA for a free, non-binding quote. The review carousel builds social proof with verified customers from Woerden, Soest, Maarssen, Hilversum, and Nieuwegein. The blog/ kennisbank educates homeowners on window-frame benefits, installation processes, and subsidy eligibility — driving SEO traffic and establishing authority. A contact form captures leads with 'within 1 working day' response promise. Dutch-localised throughout, GDPR-compliant, and built mobile-first — most homeowners research kozijnen on their phones.

— 02 Across surfaces

One home. Every device.

Whether a homeowner researches kozijnen on a phone, an installer reviews product specs on a tablet, or a couple compares quotes on a laptop — the experience stays warm, trustworthy, and built to convert.

Notes

Dutch-localised, GDPR-compliant, with cookie consent — built for the Dutch home-improvement market with subsidy-aware CTAs.

— 03 In their words
Monteur Rony en collega werkte heel netjes en precies. Alles werd na afloop netjes opgeruimd en meegenomen. Volgende keer kies ik zonder twijfel weer voor Kozijn Station.

Freelance WordPress Developer Home Improvement Website — Case Study

freelance WordPress developer home improvement website — Mosharaf Hossain case study

This freelance WordPress developer home improvement website case study covers how Mosharaf Hossain built a lead-generation site for Kozijn Station, a Dutch specialist in kunststof kozijnen — PVC windows and doors for the Utrecht market. Building a freelance WordPress developer home improvement website for a local trade business requires a lead-first architecture: service pages optimised for local search, a clear quote request flow, and trust signals throughout.

Home improvement WordPress sites need to convert local search traffic efficiently. Visitors searching for window and door installation are in active purchase mode — the site needs to qualify them quickly and make enquiry submission as frictionless as possible.

Mosharaf built the freelance WordPress developer home improvement website with a custom PHP theme and ACF Pro for product category pages — window types, door styles, and material options — with inline quote request forms contextual to each product. Local SEO signals are built into the page structure throughout.

Stack: WordPress, ACF Pro, custom PHP theme, local SEO architecture, conversion-focused layout.
